We use UPS for reliable insured delivery. UPS services include:

UPS 2nd Day Air*
UPS Next Day Air*

All of these services include tracking and full insurance. Saturday delivery is available for 2nd Day and Next Day shipments. Leave a note in the Special Instructions field at checkout. We will confirm with you regarding additional UPS fees via email prior to shipping.

For shipments outside of the United States:

We use USPS services with insurance. International USPS services include:

Airmail Parcel Post (tracking and insurance)
Global Express Mail (tracking and insurance)

Some packages such as cello cases and cellos are too large to use these methods. Please contact us to learn about oversize shipping options.

When your order is shipped, our system automatically generates a confirmation email for you which contains any available tracking information.

If your shipment is within the 48 states and is handled by United Parcel Service (UPS), you can use the following link. Enter your tracking number in the field provided and follow the instructions.

UPS Tracking Services

If your shipping address is outside of the United States, your shipment will be handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This service also handles shipments for Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, PO boxes, and other US territories like Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. You can use the following link.
