Ergonomic Key Pegs from String Vision

SV.KEY.PEG

Key Pegs from String Vision, also known as "Posture Pegs" or "Krovoza Pegs", have helped hundreds of cellists, worldwide, to greatly reduce tension and fatigue while playing. The removal of the heads from the C and G pegs allows the cello to rest more closely and naturally against the player.

The Key Peg is in two pieces, the peg shaft and the key tool. The shaft houses a sleeve that is 2cm long, into which the square key tool fits. The grip of the key tool is larger than the grip of most normal pegs, allowing greater leverage and ease of adjustment.

  • Key grip and shaft made from African blackwood.
  • Steel inner sleeve and key tool.
  • Key tools equipped with convenient key ring.
  • Key grip is larger than standard peg heads.
String Vision Key Pegs for Cello

String Vision Key Pegs are sold as sets of two pegs, each with a key tool. The key tool is light and equipped with a key ring. We, and StringVision, recommend keeping one tool on the keychain, and one within the cello case to ensure that you always have one nearby.

Please Note:

Keypegs must be fitted to your cello's peg box by your luthier. Trimming and fitting instructions are included with your Keypegs, but we do not recommend installing them yourself. However, once fitted, they can be installed and removed as can standard cello pegs.
