Return Policy
We're sorry a return is necessary for you! Please review the policy below and submit the Return Request Form on this page. We'll contact you shortly with instructions.
- Return Request Form must be submitted within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment.
- Only items unopened or in new condition will be refunded.*
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Returns due to preference or customer error will be shipped at the customer's expense.
- All items must be returned in the original containers.
- Failure to submit the Return Request Form may void your eligibility for a refund.
*Malfunctioning electronics and other defective items may constitute an exception.
This will be determined at the discretion of the Everything Cello Returns Office.
