Return Policy

  • Request form must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Only items unopened or in new condition will be refunded.*
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returns due to preference or customer error will be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.

*Malfunctioning electronics and other defective items may constitute an exception.
