Adjust the cello stool using the peg-in-hole leg adjusters, or make fine adjustments using the screw-in foot caps.

Seat is upholstered in high-quality, durable black fabric.

Stool frame is very sturdy with strong legs and a wide base.

Adjust -Rite Cello Stool

Great cello chair for little cellists!  Very sturdy-no tipping. 
It is light weight for transporting.  Easy to adjust.  I found measurements to be closer to 12-14 inches which has been great for our son through the ages of 4 to 7 yrs.
I highly recommend this stool.

Best chair available for young cellists

This is the best cello chair for small cellists that I have found.  While it is less compact than the junior drum thrones, it has far better construction and makes no noise.  Also, it goes lower than the junior drum thrones.  The construction is also superior to the Grow With Me Chairs.  The heights listed hear are a bit off.  It is 12-14 inches (15 is a regular chair height, so it doesn't need to go higher).  Also, if you take the adjustable part off you can get even lower.
